Refund and Return Policy

At Humble Giant, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item includes original packaging and tags

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or damaged products

  • Items returned without approval

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
